What happens at the end of my trial?

At the end of your 60-day trial you will be offered the option to convert to a paid subscription. If you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, you can do so from the billing page in your account at any time during or after your trial.

What does the renewal process look like?

Paid subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless you cancel your plan before your renewal date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB credit/debit. Plus, we also accept ACH bank transfers.

Can we try ZeroTouchMSP with multiple users?

Absolutely! You can invite team members to join your trial account at no cost. At the end of your 60-day trial, you will be offered an option to upgrade to a paid subscription plan.

How do I manage my subscription?

Visit your billing page by going to Admin Center > Billing. From there, you can change/cancel your plan and update your payment information.
